งาน “เซนต์ดอมินิกร่วมใจศุภสมัย 60 ปี”

วันศุกร์ที่ 9 กันยายน 2565 โรงเรียนเซนต์ดอมินิกจัดงาน “เซนต์ดอมินิกร่วมใจศุภสมัย 60 ปี” โดยได้รับเกียรติจากพระคาร์ดินัลฟรังซิส เซเวียร์ เกรียงศักดิ์ โกวิทวาณิช สมณประมุขแห่งอัครสังฆมณฑลกรุงเทพฯ เป็นประธานในพิธีบูชาขอบพระคุณ พระสังฆราชโยเซฟ ประธาน ศรีดารุณศีล สมณประมุขแห่งสังฆมณฑลสุราษฎร์ธานี และพระสังฆราชซิลวีโอ สิริพงษ์ จรัสศรี สมณประมุขแห่งสังฆมณฑลจันทบุรี ร่วมประกอบพิธี พร้อมด้วยพระสงฆ์ 40 องค์ โอกาสนี้พระคาร์ดินัลได้เสกเหรียญพระรูปนักบุญดอมินิก ซาวีโอ และเสกลานมาโกเน จากนั้นได้ให้เกียรติร่วมบันทึกภาพกับคณะครูและพนักงานของโรงเรียน

 

หลังศาสนพิธีที่ลานมาโกเนแล้ว มีพิธีแสดงความยินดีในโอกาสเฉลิมฉลองการก่อตั้งโรงเรียนครบ 60 ปีที่ห้องประชุม S.D 시네마 4d r20. Auditorium ชั้น 3 อาคารยอห์น บอสโก อนุสรณ์ 200 ปีชาตกาล เริ่มด้วยการแสดงละครสั้นเรื่อง “A moment to remember : กาลครั้งหนึ่งของหัวใจ” ที่สื่อให้เห็นคุณค่าของการอบรมตามระบบป้องกันของท่านนักบุญยอห์น บอสโก ที่มุ่งบ่มเพาะชีวิตของเด็กและเยาวชนอันเปรียบเสมือนเมล็ดพันธุ์ดอมินิกให้เติบโตเป็นทรัพยากรบุคคลที่มีคุณภาพของประเทศชาติและเป็นศาสนิกชนที่ดีของศาสนา โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งคุณค่าของชีวิตที่รู้จักให้ พร้อมที่จะเสียสละ ช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น ตลอดจนสังคมรอบตัว และชม Presentation ความเป็นมาพอสังเขปของโรงเรียนรวมทั้งการพัฒนาด้านต่าง ๆ ที่เอื้อต่อการสร้างสรรค์เด็กและเยาวชนให้เป็นมนุษย์ที่เจริญเติบโตครบทุกด้านแห่งชีวิต

 

จากนั้นคุณพ่อเกรียงศักดิ์ ชัยพรแก้ว อธิการและผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ได้กล่าวขอบพระคุณและมอบของที่ระลึกแด่พระคุณเจ้าทั้งสามองค์ที่ได้กรุณาให้เกียรติอย่างสูงสุดแก่ครอบครัวเซนต์ดอมินิก ช่วงท้ายของพิธีแสดงความยินดี พระคุณเจ้าทั้งสามองค์ได้กรุณาให้เกียรติมอบโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณแก่บุคคลและหน่วยงานที่สนับสนุนการก่อสร้างอาคารยอห์น บอสโก อนุสรณ์ 200 ปีชาตกาล

 

ในวาระอันเปี่ยมด้วยสิริและอุดมด้วยมงคลนี้ โรงเรียนได้รับเกียรติจากผู้แทนนักบวชในครอบครัวซาเลเซียนประกอบด้วยคณะธิดาแม่พระองค์อุปถัมภ์ (ซิสเตอร์ซาเลเซียน) คณะภคินีผู้รับใช้ดวงหทัยนิรมลของพระแม่มารีย์ สถาบันธิดาพระราชินีมาเรีย และคณะภคินีพระราชินีมาเรีย ตลอดจนนายกกับอดีตนายกและกรรมการสมาคมผู้ปกครองและครูฯ ในนามของผู้ปกครอง นายกกับอดีตนายกและกรรมการสมาคมศิษย์เก่าฯ ในนามของศิษย์เก่า มาร่วมแสดงความชื่นชมยินดีด้วย

 

ภาคบ่ายเป็นการแข่งขันบาสเกตบอลนัดพิเศษระหว่างทีมกระท่อมปลายนา (สมาชิกซาเลเซียน) กับทีมหลังคาโซล่าเซลล์ (คณะครูเซนต์ดอมินิก) สลับกับการแข่งขันชักเย่อของนักเรียนชั้น ป.1 ถึง ป.3 ที่ S.D Download ParkGane. Stadium และการแข่งขันกีฬาภายในระหว่างสีที่ลานมาโกเน

 

งาน “เซนต์ดอมินิกร่วมใจศุภสมัย 60 ปี” เป็นประวัติศาสตร์ที่สำคัญอีกหน้าหนึ่งของโรงเรียนซึ่งได้รับพระพรจากเบื้องบนมาตั้งแต่แรกเริ่มกิจการกระทั่งปัจจุบัน เป็นงานที่นำมาซึ่งความรัก ความภาคภูมิใจ ความชื่นชมโสมนัส ของสมาชิกครอบครัวเซนต์ดอมินิกทุกคน การมาของพระคุณเจ้าทั้งสามองค์และผู้มีเกียรติทุกท่านดุจดั่งน้ำทิพย์ชโลมใจให้คณะผู้ใหญ่ คณะผู้บริหาร คณะครู และพนักงานทุกคนของโรงเรียนเซนต์ดอมินิก มีความมุ่งมั่นและกำลังกายใจในการปฏิบัติพันธกิจอบรมเด็กและเยาวชนให้เป็น “บุคคลสมชาติปรารถนา” ของสังคมไทยตราบนิจนิรันดร์

 

The 60^th Anniversary of Saint Dominic School

 

Friday, September 9, 2022, His Eminence Cardinal Francis Xavier Kriengsak Kovithavanij, Archbishop of Bangkok presided over the Mass celebrating the 60^th year of Saint Dominic School, Bishop Joseph Prathan Sridarunsil, Bishop of Surat Thani, and Bishop Silvio Siripong Charatsri, Bishop of Chanthaburi attending this special occasion together with 40 priests Download Solitaire. Furthermore, on this ceremony, the cardinal blessed Saint Dominic Savio medal followed by blessed the Magone Arena, then gave an honor to join the photo taking with the teachers and staff of the school.

 

After the ceremony at the Magone Arena, a congratulatory ceremony was held to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of the school at S.D. Auditorium, 3rd Floor, John Bosco’s Bicentenary Building. The ceremony began with a short theatrical performance “A moment to remember: Once upon a time in the heart.” The key concept of this wonderful performance was to convey the values of St. John Bosco’s Preventive System, aiming to nurture the lives of children and youths as Dominic Seeds to grow up to be honest citizens of the nation and to become good religious followers, especially in terms of life values: to give, to sacrifice, to help others and the society. Later on, there was a presentation displaying the brief history of the school as well as the development in various aspects that contribute to the creation of children and youth as human beings that grow in all aspects of life.

 

Then Father Kriengsak​Chaiyaphornkaew, the school​ rector and director, thanked and presented a souvenir to the three supremes who gave the highest honour to the St. Dominic family. At the end of the congratulatory ceremony, the three supremes had honoured to present plaques to the individuals and organisations that supported the construction of John Bosco’s Bicentenary Building.

 

On this glorious and auspicious occasion, the School was honoured with the representatives of the Salesian family consisting of the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco, Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, Sister Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Sister of the Queenship of Mary, and Members of Daughter of the Queenship of Mary Institution as well as the president, the former president and the committee of Parents and Teachers Association on behalf of parents; the president, the former president and the committee of Alumni Association on behalf of the alumni also came to express their congratulations.

 

In the afternoon, there was a special basketball match between the Kratom Plai Na Team (Salesian members) with the Solar Cell Roof Team (St. Dominic Teachers), the basketball matches were alternated with a tug-of-war competition for Grade 1 to Grade 3 students at S.D. Stadium and an intramural sports competition at the Magone Arena.

 

The “60^th Anniversary of Saint Dominic School” is another important step of the school’s history that has been blessed by Christ since its inception until today. It is an event that brings love, pride, joy, and appreciation to every member of the St. Dominic family. The coming of the three supremes and all honourable people is like nectar to nourish the hearts of the elders, administrators, teachers, and all staff at St. Dominic’s School to have the determination and strength in carrying out the mission of training children and youth to be  “The Person The Country Desires” of Thai society for eternity.
